A Greek gyro sauce made with cucumbers, garlic, salt, sugar, and sour cream.

1 medium cucumber, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 cups sour cream
- Squeeze excess juice from grated cucumbers, discard juice.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- Refrigerate until cool, and then serve with gyros.
