A snowman-shaped, white Jell-O mold with red jewels, this gelatin is made with strawberry Jell-O, lime Jell-O, pineapple juice, and Cool Whip.

2 4-serving size strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 4-serving size lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 cups thawed Cool Whip
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add cold water and pour into 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Meanwhile, dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice and chill until thickened. Blend in whipped topping. Fold in gelatin cubes, reserving some for garnish, if desired. Pour gelatin into mold.
- Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold. Garnish with reserved cubes and additional whipped topping, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
