Fruited Jewel Delight

2 4-serving size strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 4-serving size lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 cups thawed Cool Whip


  1. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add cold water and pour into 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Meanwhile, dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice and chill until thickened. Blend in whipped topping. Fold in gelatin cubes, reserving some for garnish, if desired. Pour gelatin into mold.
  3. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold. Garnish with reserved cubes and additional whipped topping, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
