Dutch Apple Pie

Cinnamon and apples baked into a pie with a streusel topping.

Ingredients:

Pie Filling:
3 Tbsp melted butter
¾ cup sugar
½ Tbsp cinnamon (less if you don’t like that much)
1 quart sliced apples
1 unbaked pie crust

Streusel Topping:
½ cup flour
½ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Mix the first four ingredients of the pie filling and pour into the pie crust.
  2. Mix flour, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Add butter and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle over apples in crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Then bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with ice cream if you wish! Mmm!!!
