A Dijon mustard sauce made with white wine and brown sugar. This is a great sauce to serve over chicken.

½ cup dry white wine
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
¼ tsp salt
- In a small pan over low heat, combine all ingredients.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, butter melts, and ingredients are blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
