Creamy White Wine Sauce

A heavy cream sauce made with white wine that can be served over chicken or fish.

1 cup heavy whipping cream
¾ cup white wine
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley


  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the cream, wine, flour, salt and parsley. Stir all together and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened.
  3. Serve over chicken or fish.
