This smooth fudge is made with dark chocolate, flavored with vanilla and cinnamon, and then topped with coarse salt.

2 tsp cinnamon
1 14-oz can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp room temperature butter
2 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
Kosher salt for sprinkling over top
- Cook all ingredients (except salt) in a double boiler. Continue stirring until all melted together and smooth.
- Spread into a 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with Kosher salt to taste.
- Refrigerate 2 1/2 hours. Peel off parchment paper and cut into bite-sized squares.
