A creamy, banana-whipped dessert.

1 4-serving size Jell-O, any flavor
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold whole milk
1 medium banana, sliced
- Combine gelatin and boiling water in a blender. Blend until dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Add milk ad ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Stir in blender until partially melted.
- Add banana slices; blend until smooth. Makes 2 3/4 cups for 5 servings.
