Strawberry Jell-O with pineapple, banana, strawberries, and chopped walnuts.

1 large box of strawberry Jell-O
1 small can of pineapple, drained and dried with paper towel
1 mashed banana
1 can frozen strawberries
¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Prepare Jell-O according to box except use ½ to 1 cup less cold water and add partially defrosted strawberries (set on counter for 2 hours) to hot water and Jell-O mixture. Stir.
- Pour mixture into an oiled Jell-O mold. Set in fridge for less than 1 hour – only until it starts to thicken.
- Stir in banana, pineapple, and nuts. Let set for a few hours until solid.
