Sandy’s Peach Cobbler

1 15-oz cans sliced peaches, drained
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 Tbsp mixed sugar and cinnamon


  1. Arrange peaches on bottom of ungreased 9X13 pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, and 1 stick of butter until it forms a smooth batter. Pour batter on top of peaches in mounds.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup butter on top and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream.
