Tomato Pie

A cheesy tomato pie with basil and green onion.

3 tomatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
Basil to taste
Green onion


  1. Slice three tomatoes and allow to drain in a colander for 10 minutes.
  2. Put tomatoes in a deep dish prebaked pie shell. Sprinkle basil and onions on tomatoes.
  3. Combine cheeses and mayo. Then spread over tomatoes.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
